About

Forage Victoria Cookbook is a love letter to the state of Victoria. To create the pages, we have criss-crossed the state of Victoria on an epic 3,000 km road trip, visiting the people and places that make this states culinary scene one of the world’s most diverse and exciting.

The cookbook displays excellence and inspiration and is supported by over 80 top chefs, cooks, restaurants and producers across the region. It captures a snapshot of the food industry and tells a story from farm to plate.

The sweetest part of this is that 100% of the profits from Forage Cookbooks will be donated to the charity Upside, to build agriculture projects in remote villages in Nepal.

Upside Nepal

Upside is a social enterprise that supports subsistence farmers to develop their own enterprises that will benefit their remote villages in Nepal. The success of these projects will help sustainably fund local schools and health facilities.
